The two light boxes, Untitled I and II, echo a universal childhood gesture:
raising the hand against the sun and watching light pass through the fingers. Their translucent forms suggest veins, tissue, living skin. Light makes visible what is usually hidden — an intimate encounter with the body’s interior.
